Responsibilities:
* Coordinate resources and manage a team of technical staff to achieve the contractual deliverable and meet the schedule of the project. Ensure the quality of the works of the team throughout the project.
* Take responsibility for overall project performance including costs, schedule, quality and project status.
* Maintaining relationships with owner, architect, consultants, subcontractors, setting up project reporting procedures.
* Develop plans and schedules and update management regularly on the project status and progress.
* Management of technical and financial aspects of contracts.

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* The ability to read and understand steel erection/construction drawings to ensure correct decisions are made.
* Good knowledge of industry regulatory body guidelines.
* Successful track record managing large projects.
* Good computer skills, experience with engineering software will be an added advantage.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* The ability to multi task and manage group of engineers adhering to strict guidelines and safety standards.
* Ability to communicate effectively and develop future relationships with clients.
