The ideal candidate should have the following portfolio.
* A detailed technical knowledge of panel products such as MDF and Particleboard
* At least 10 years Regional Management Experience and new business development
* Detailed knowledge on CNC (computer numerically controlled) machines for wood processing.
* Ability to layout and commission a furniture components line.
* A business management degree or related qualification.
* A Formal tertiary qualification in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering
* An advanced qualification in Safety or Risk Management
* Ability to manage projects to completion and within time
* Select and train key staff to be employed in operating CNC wood processing machinery
