Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Brand Builder will have his/her key performance indicators as follows:

Job Summary
* Conduct a monthly market survey through advertising, demand estimation and customer satisfaction research.
* Identify potential new customers and initiate a sales campaign to secure and retain their business.
* Provide the necessary management information to put in place a business winning promotion and advertising strategy.
* Analyze segments of the market in terms of brand type and propose ways of improving company’s market share of target brands.
* Propagate an excellent working relationship with Key Customers through regular market visits.

Person Specifications:
* Bachelors Degree in Marketing / Business Administration.MBA in Marketing would be an added advantage.
* Marketing Professional qualification e.g. CIMA
* Minimum 2-3 years working experience acquired in sales and marketing departments
* Should be a team player and a leader.
* Excellent Communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to analyze market data, recommend and implement necessary actions.
* Ability to analyze financial data and to prepare budgets.
* A strong Business acumen.
